Job DescriptionLocal Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Jefferson City, TN Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400/week (based on experience) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel contract in Jefferson City, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative therapy team, make a meaningful impact in patient lives, and explore the beauty and charm of East Tennessee. Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine individualized care plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-treatment care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred
• Previous rehab, outpatient, or SNF experience a plus
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist License
• AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's program
