Job DescriptionLocal Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Rensselaer, IN Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400/week (based on experience) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment in Rensselaer, Indiana. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop customized therapy plans
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support long-term recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Prior experience in SNF or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist License
• AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program (Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy)
