• Current RN license in the state where you wish to work or eligible for licensure
• 1+ year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or a similar setting
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Specialty certifications in Gerontology or a related field

Other Requirements:
