- Current RN license in the state where you wish to work or eligible for licensure
- 1+ year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or a similar setting
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Specialty certifications in Gerontology or a related field
