We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide professional social work services to individuals, families, and groups. The LMSW will assess psychosocial needs, develop care plans, provide counseling, and connect clients to appropriate resources. The role involves advocacy, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote clients' overall well-being.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care or treatment plans.
• Provide case management, supportive counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources, including housing, food assistance, financial aid, and mental health services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, therapists, and caseworkers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, updating care plans as needed.
• Advocate for clients' rights and support their ability to make informed decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices.
• Comply with ethical standards of social work practice (e.g., NASW Code of Ethics).

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current LMSW or equivalent licensure in the state of New York, NY.
