- 47-bed acute care facility.
- 300 healthcare employees.
- Job Requirements
- All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications at submission.
- LPNT - New Mexico State Requirement.
- All Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that check is being processed.
- Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised.
- Each agency needs to have an account with NM DOH.
- After account set up, compliance teams will enter each clinician into the portal to start the background check process.
- ORI code for NM DOH is NM920160z.
- A determination code will be generated upon background results so the clinician can move forward with the fingerprint process.
- Schedule Information
- Orientation is weekly, on Mondays.
