Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience onlyMust have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.IV skills and wound careGeneral Medical DxHigh risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, StrokePost-op careCerts required: BCLSScrubs: Any solid color scrubUnit Info (share with your traveler):Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccessSkilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.)Home skilled visits - 6-8 per dayDay/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office:Mon - Fri 8a to 5pMon - Fri 9a to 6pThurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shiftsAlternating weekend shiftsLaptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printersBayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation systemOther requirements:1 year experience requiredMust have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
