Certification Details BLS ARDMS registry in echocardiography and vascular technology (preferred) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) registry in echocardiography and vascular technology (preferred) Job Details Perform echocardiograms, venous and arterial dopplers. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms. Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable. Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred. Patient ratio is 1 to 1. Use EMR systems MEDHOST and CARESTREAM. Job Requirements Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology. Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). BLS certification required. 2 years' experience in echocardiography and vascular technology. Vascular registered highly preferred. Schedule Information Shift: Days - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Call every 3rd weekend and rotational call during the week. No floating. No 48 hour option. No block scheduling. Maximum requested time off (RTO) 3 days.
