• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications:
  • CCHT – Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (Required)
  • BLS (AHA required)

• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of related dialysis work experience (preferred)
• Skills:
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable documentation skills
  • Able to assess and respond to patient status during treatment

• Prepare dialysis machines and supplies
• Cannulate vascular access and initiate/discontinue treatments
• Evaluate access sites prior to each session
• Monitor and document patient vitals and treatment details
• Identify and report adverse reactions to the RN
• Draw lab specimens as ordered
• Participate in team huddles and monthly staff meetings
