Health Park Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Tech (CVOR Tech) for a 13-week travel contract. This role requires advanced knowledge in cardiovascular and open-heart procedures, with strong skills to support complex surgical interventions.

• Assist surgical teams in cardiovascular procedures, including open-heart surgeries.
• Maintain sterile field and prepare instruments and equipment.
• Provide high-level technical support in high-acuity CVOR environments.
• Participate in call rotations, including at least one weekend of call during the assignment.
• Float to other units or sister facilities as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room.Prior travel experience required.CST certification preferred.BLS certification required.Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities independently in a high-acuity OR setting.Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.Additional Details:On-Call Requirement: Yes (at least one weekend)Floating: Required; travelers are first to float and may be assigned to sister campuses.Schedule Requests/RTO: Must be submitted with application; no changes accepted post-submission.Demographic Information: Full address, email, DOB, SSN, and license number must be provided at submission.Overtime:Daily OT after 24 hours (based on differential)Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on differential)Work Culture:Health Park Medical Center values a collaborative and welcoming environment.
