Aya 2969661This Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) position supports cardiovascular and vascular surgery cases in a high-acuity CVOR setting. The role requires advanced first assist knowledge and experience with a broad range of cardiac and vascular procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, TEVAR, carotid endarterectomy, and thoracic endovascular repairs.

Responsibilities include OR setup, instrument handling, assisting the surgeon directly, maintaining aseptic technique, handling specimens, and using advanced OR technologies including robotics. The CSFA will also participate in emergency cases and support hybrid OR operations. Floating to the main OR may be required.Ax
