Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Radiology/CT Technologist – Weekend Days Job ID: 71695275 Facility: Lucas County Health Center – Iowa Shift: 12-Hour Days | Choose: Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon ⏰ Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36/week Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days) ✅ Requirements: ARRT Certification (Required) CT Certification (Required) Iowa Radiologic Permit (Required) BLS – AHA (Required) High School Diploma Radiology Program Graduate Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification (within 6 months of hire) Strong communication & patient care skills Preferred (Not Required): Mammography and/or Ultrasound training/certification Responsibilities Include: Perform X-ray, CT, C-ARM, OR, portable, fluoroscopy, emergency, ultrasound (if trained) Assist in mammography, nuclear medicine, MRI, and teleradiography Administer contrast agents (oral, IV, or enema – if trained) Rotate on-call shifts (20-min response required) Assist with patient scheduling, positioning, consent, and safety prep Support Radiologists and train new employees General clerical, recordkeeping, transport, room/equipment cleaning Participate in QA efforts and department improvement About the Facility: Community-focused hospital Emphasizes teamwork and mission-driven care Values strong interpersonal and technical radiology skills Dress Code: Appropriate clinical attire with visible name badge About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
