Job DescriptionTravel Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Lawton, OK Contract Length: 13 Weeks Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,650 (based on experience) Connected Health Care, a top-tier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a passionate Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation contract assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. Shift Details: Days | Flexible Start Times Based on Unit Job Description:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans focused on restoring independence and daily function
• Work with patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
• Instruct patients in therapeutic activities and monitor their progress toward treatment goals
• Document patient responses and collaborate with the care team to adjust care plans as needed
• Support patient education on safe mobility and the use of adaptive equipment
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility protocols

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Oklahoma COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of recent rehab experience preferred
