Job Description As a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work activities through personalized therapy plans. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans based on functional limitations and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions focused on improving mobility, coordination, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with physicians, rehab staff, and family members
- Participate in team meetings and provide input for patient discharge planning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Georgia Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,700/week, depending on experience
- Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8s
- Weekend Rotation: Available but not required
