• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or disabilities
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to supervising therapists
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and documentation standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Oklahoma PTA license in good standing
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinicals are encouraged to apply
