- Current Physical Therapy license
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with physical therapy assessments, treatment planning, and implementation
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a post-acute setting, preferably in a nursing home environment
- Certification in specialized areas, such as geriatric physical therapy or wound care
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT)
- 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a post-acute setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations as needed
