• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and care
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all therapy sessions
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and professional regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Oregon state PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
