Job DescriptionTravel Physical Therapist (PT) - Statesboro, GA 13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,220 (DOE) Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Travel/Contract Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Statesboro, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate PT looking to make an impact while exploring a charming and historic Southern town. Job Description:

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventative care
• Accurately document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and federal/state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and clinical skills
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
