• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
