Job DescriptionLocal Travel Physical Therapist - Hickory, NC 13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130/Week (Based on Experience) Connected Health Care is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist for a 13-week local travel assignment in Hickory, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier facility, provide essential rehabilitative care, and experience life in one of North Carolina's most scenic regions. Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
