Join the HumanEdge Health team as a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist in Monticello, Indiana! This 13-week assignment is ideal for a PT looking to work in a close-knit, patient-centered outpatient environment with a healthy work-life balance.

You'll evaluate and treat patients using a one-on-one, functional, patient-centered model. Enjoy the benefits of working in an outpatient facility focused on sports and orthopaedic therapy, providing 1:1 care.

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45–60 minute treatment sessions

• Manage 10–12 patients per day

• Develop, modify, and implement personalized treatment plans

• Appropriately delegate to and collaborate with support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Promote patient and staff safety

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on goals and progress

• Participate in team performance improvement initiatives

• Support students and professional peers when appropriate

• Active Indiana PT license or compact license eligible

• 2–3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads considered)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
