Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary (List Format): - Position: Cath Lab Tech - Location: Auburn, NY - Pay: $3,600 per week (includes $1,246 stipend) - Schedule: 5x8 hour day shifts, start ASAP - Unit: New Cath Lab unit - Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a Cath Lab Tech - Duties: - Precept new staff joining the Cath Lab - Scrub-in for surgical procedures - Circulate within the procedure room to perform non-sterile tasks - Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment (GE) - Produce images during procedures using Mac Lab charting - Handle equipment including balloon pumps - Administer conscious sedation - Take Stemi call as required - Certifications & Licensure: - RCIS or ARRT certification required - Certification and registration in Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Radiology (IR), or Vascular-Interventional Technology (VI) by ARRT - NYS Rad Tech license required - Basic Life Support (BLS) required - Call Requirements: - One week every three weeks (4:30p-8a plus all day Saturday and Sunday) - Other: - Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts at no cost during assignment - Must meet all state and specialty-specific requirements JPC 24385 About Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc.
