**Job Title: Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician****Shift: 3x12 Hour Shifts (Primarily Days with Some Late Nights and On-Call Requirements)****Job Description:**We are seeking a dedicated Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is an essential part of our electrophysiology lab, where you will provide assistance during EP studies, ablations, and cardiac implants. **Key Responsibilities:**- Assist Electrophysiologists during electrophysiology (EP) studies and procedures.- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing EP pacing maneuvers and understanding pacing monitors.- Operate GE MacLab and CardioLab systems to facilitate pacing maneuvers and measurements.- Collaborate with various vendors including Carto, Abbott, and Rhythmia during ablation procedures.- Document procedures accurately using the Epic information system (Epic experience preferred but not required).- Communicate effectively with physicians and in-room staff to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.- Facilitate room turnover and coordinate with the Charge Nurse and third-party vendors to ensure timely patient care.**Job Requirements:**- **Licensure:** RCES or Radiologic Tech License required.- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a relevant clinical setting.- **Certifications:** Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required. **Preferred Qualifications:**- Cardiac implant or structural heart scrub experience.- Familiarity with Bloom stimulators.- Experience with RF ablations, cryo ablations, and various mapping systems such as Biosense Webster Carto, Abbott Ensite/Precision, and Rhythmia.**Personality Fit:**We are looking for a professional healthcare worker who is patient-focused and team-driven, able to adapt to changes in the lab environment while contributing to a positive work atmosphere.**Typical Procedures:**- RF and cryo ablations for A fib/flutter, atrial tachycardia, AVNRT, WPW, and other ANRT ablations.- Device implants including traditional pacemakers, ICDs, subcutaneous ICDs, leadless pacemakers, loops, and left atrial appendage closures (Watchman and Amulet devices). ---**At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
