Job Details- The Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiologic Technologist II (CIRT) is registered by the state of California RadiologicAssociation and possesses a California state fluoroscopy permit.
- The CIRT has responsibility, training and competence with diagnostic, routine and complex interventional cardiac angiographic and cardiac implant procedures.
- The duties also include routine and complex vascular, peripheral vascular, non-vascular, interventional and trauma procedures.
- The technologist is also trained in OR radiographs.
- CIRT's must have a combination of technical, radiologic and clinical skills.
- The CIRT is under the direction of the physician of record during a procedure and reports to the clinical coordinators and Director of Cardiology.
- The CIRT has the responsibility, accountability, and the authority to deliver safe, effective, quality, cost effective care according to the philosophy and goals of the Patient Care Division.
- Care is provided according to the specific physiologic developmental and psychosocial needs of the patients.
- The CIRT supports the mission, vision values, and expectation of excellence of NorthBay Healthcare.
Job Requirements- Registered by the state of California Radiologic Association.
- Possesses a California state fluoroscopy permit.
Schedule Information- Variable hours of work.
- Stand-by availability required with 30-minute arrival time.
