  • Cath Lab Technician Opening at the only American College of Cardiology Platinum awarded facility in the state of Alabama.
  • Flowers Hospital located in Dothan, AL is seeking Cath Lab Technologists to help our core team maintain their growth trajectory.
  • The program is led by a director with 41 years at the facility and a team of RNs and RTs with long tenure.
  • The team works in 4 total labs: 2 interventional, 1 EP, and 1 Hybrid OR.
  • The program has grown 30% year over year for 18 consecutive months.
  • A new EP physician is set to begin in October.
  • In 2025, Flowers Hospital became a straight “A” Hospital with Leapfrog after achieving “A” status for 5 consecutive quarters.
  • The Cardiac Service Line received a 2025 Platinum designation from the American College of Cardiology, the only hospital in Alabama to reach this milestone.
  • The program performs TAVR, EVAR, EP, IC, Vascular, and will begin a Watchmen program in October.
  • Flowers Hospital is a 235-bed healthcare facility offering inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic and emergency care.
  • The hospital is a major referral center for the Tri-State area of south Alabama, southwest Georgia and northwest Florida.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program or certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac/Peripheral Cath required.
  • Must have Radiologic Technologist experience.
  • Submissions lacking all requirements will be rejected.
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: Days 5x8s Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM plus call.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Works in 4 labs: 2 interventional labs, 1 Electrophysiology (EP) lab, and 1 Hybrid Operating Room (OR).
