**Job Title: Behavioral Health • LVN/LPN • Days****Location:** Lubbock, TX**Job Description:**We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health team. Provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs.**Key Responsibilities:**• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.• Perform tasks such as gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, and tracheostomies.• Support infection control and quality assurance.• Train and support new LVNs.• Communicate with healthcare team and residents.**Requirements:**• Active Texas LPN/LVN License.• 2+ years of nursing experience; 1+ year in intellectual disabilities care.• Proficient in advanced nursing skills.• AHA BLS certification.• Meet HHSC immunization, drug testing, and fingerprinting standards.• COVID•19 vaccination required.**Schedule:**• 40 hours/week, 6 am • 2 pm.• 3 weekends/month.• 5 x 8•hour shifts, with potential unit floating.**Contract Details:**• 26•week minimum.• 6•week orientation and training.Join us to make a difference in a supportive environment.
