• Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing monitoring of medical-surgical patients.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
• Document care promptly and accurately using the facility's EMR system.
• Respond quickly and effectively to patient deterioration or emergencies.
• Collaborate with providers, CNAs, and allied health staff to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and hospital policy.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization in daily practice.
