This role will be an Administrative Assistant to the our Corporate Travel Department. Job Summary: The Travel Administrative Assistant is the administrative person for the Travel department. This position reports to the Travel Manager. You will work as a team member assisting the Travel Coordinators with Administrative duties. Job Duties and Responsibilities: General Computer knowledge General knowledge of Excel Knowledge of PDF Adobe Working within our Conferma credit card systems for virtual credit card information Calling hotels to confirm credit card authorization has been received or filling out hotel credit card authorization to ensure the traveler's check-in process is quick without incident. Researching credit card payments and authorizations if a travel's credit card is charged on accident. Call hotels for receipts Good communication and phone skills Must be able to multitask Good attention to Detail Must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to organize and prioritize Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned Must be able to work overtime as needed. Min USD $18.00/Yr. Max USD $21.00/Yr. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional. Must promote the Company culture, and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral direction(s) to project personnel. Must be extremely well-organized and able to prioritize Must be able to learn Company and customer project management systems. Regular attendance is mandatory. Good attention to Detail Must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to organize and prioritize Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned Must be able to work overtime as needed. Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. Must have some experience in customer interfaces, such as liaison between the customer and the Company. Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of working experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project). Must meet Company minimum driving standards. Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
