Junkman Removal & Disposal Services is a locally owned junk removal and hauling company based in Clinton, MD. We've served the DMV since 2016 with a reputation for reliable and professional service. We're looking for dependable independent contractors to assist with weekly trash collection routes in DC and Prince George's County.

Job Description

Contractors will ride in our company truck with the crew lead and help service trash collection routes. Work includes lifting, loading, and handling curbside bags and bulk trash.

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are not being hired as an employee. Contractors may accept or decline jobs as available.

Responsibilities

Ride along in company truck to service assigned routes.

Collect and load bags, bins, and bulk trash.

Work efficiently to complete routes on time.

Follow safety protocols and crew lead instructions.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors.

Reliable transportation to meet at Clinton, MD starting point.

Start time: 6:30–7:30am (depending on route).

Gloves, boots, and work clothes required.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes as 1099 workers.

Schedule

Mondays & Fridays – trash collection routes.

Meet in Clinton, MD to start routes.

Compensation

$120–$150 per day (based on route size/performance).

Same-day pay by 8pm via Zelle or Cash App.

Paid as 1099 independent contractor income.
