Transports patients, equipment and supplies within hospital. Completes appropriate forms of tracking transportation assignments. Qualifications. Minimum. HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. American Heart Association BLS Provider certification - This position frequently lifts 35 lbs from floor to waist and from waist to above. - Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements. Overview.
