Transportation Supervisor - Fairfax County Public Schools : Job Details

Supervises bus driver supervisors, bus drivers, and transportation attendants; arranges student transportation and related school bus maintenance activities for assigned routes within a designated sector of Fairfax County. Required. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate. Two (2) years of experience as a school bus driver, some of which shall have been in a supervisory role. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Must have, or be able to obtain, certification in emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of an automated external defibrillator [22.1-178].
