Transportation Modeling Super User - Blue Yonder
Ecolab's Transportation Systems team is responsible for managing technical solutions for the maintenance and day-to-day use of the systems utilized by the North America Transportation Control Tower (MercuryGate TMS, RateLinx, FourKites, DSS, ProcessWeaver/ProShip, Korber scheduling, etc.). They also manage the integration of these systems with EBS/SAP, TIBCO Middleware, PowerBI, Project Concord, and automation activities. The team supports the Control Tower's day-to-day operations, carriers, and our third-party systems to help deliver on Safety, Quality, Service, and Gross Margin initiatives defined in the North America Logistics OGSM.
The Transportation Modeling Super User Role will help drive the competitive advantage our business units require and help us to model our transportation network as we transition from our current TMS (MercuryGate) into Blue Yonder throughout 2025 and become a modeling expert in the new tool. You will gain analytical and technical proficiencies as you design and help model our network and drive continuous improvement across a variety of different business units across Ecolab.
What You Will Do:
Develop skills to become an internal Super User of the Blue Yonder system
Act as a liaison between the new TMS project team and the Transportation Systems team during the roll out of Blue Yonder
Create and run simulations in Blue Yonder Modeling tool to test different scenarios and predict outcomes
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and drive continuous improvement to our network optimizations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in transportation modeling techniques
Collaborate with other stakeholders to identify transportation opportunities and refine model to drive cost savings and efficiencies for Ecolab
Responsible for building best practices within the TMS and maintaining and improving the maintenance of the tool and optimization parameters
Learn the Ecolab transportation network and the various modes and businesses we serve and identify areas where we have opportunity to model different scenarios

This position is in St. Paul, MN (Hybrid Schedule).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
6 years of relevant experience in TMS
Supply Chain Management expertise
Knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong systems acumen
Ability to work with large data sets
Transportation Network Modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a TMS super user, especially Blue Yonder or JDA

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
