Transportation Coordinator - Remote in Michigan - UnitedHealth Group : Job Details

Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the full range of provider relations and service interactions between UnitedHealth Group and transportation subcontractor. You will design and implement programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the health plan and transportation providers/brokers. This includes directing and implementing strategies relating to the development and management of a transportation provider network, identifying gaps in quality, remediating operational shortfalls, researching and remediating daily as well as ongoing issues. The Transportation Coordinator will also assist the Vendor Oversight Manager where necessary in the oversight of program management functions related to transportation, including but not limited to: Program compliance Implementation of program policies, procedures and protocols that align with State and Federal requirements Gain a full understanding of the States NEMT requirements through review of the contract Ensuring ser...Transportation, Coordinator, Transport, Remote, Health, Media, Healthcare
