Transportation Coordinator - Syracuse University : Job Details

Evening position to oversee employee call ins, assist with scheduling, liaison with drivers and campus community to assist when we do not have supervisors on duty. Position hours will be Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm-12:00 am. Education and Experience Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in data entry/keyboarding using various Microsoft Office applications. Minimum 3 years experience in either transportation or dispatch roles. Must have a valid drivers license. CDL is preferred. Experience working with union staff Skills and Knowledge Good knowledge of the geography, patrol territories, roads, streets, buildings owned/operated by the university and special hazards within the University Campus Must have strong communication skills and ability to communicate with a diverse community.
