Title: Transportation Coordinator

**Summary Description**:

Ensures the delivery and return of rented equipment.

**Example of Duties**:

- Coordinates shipping and delivery schedules.

- Ensure proper documentation is obtained and maintained.

- Ensures that shipments to customers are delivered at expected time.

- Tracks and monitors incoming and outgoing transportation of equipment.

- Maintains cost records of all vehicles, including, gasoline, parts, labor, and inspection.

- Ensures that all drivers have proper qualifications.

- Reports incidents and accidents to supervisor in compliance with company regulations.

- Check the DOT Logs from all locations.

**Education:**

High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred

**Experience / Qualifications**:

1. 3 years relevant work experience

2. Must meet substance abuse screening requirements.

3. Must have good written and verbal communication skills

4. Should have basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
