Position Summary: The Transportation Associate provides transportation services to the Neighborhood PACE Day Health program, serving the frail elderly, and courier services between NeighborHealth locations and PACE sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current MA driver's license
• Safe driving record for three years, with a True and Attested Driving Record from the Mass Department of Transportation
• Department of Transportation Medical Certification Driver Fitness Examination

Hourly Rate: $21.00 - non negotiable.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
