The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Professor. This leadership role will be responsible for implementation of the mission and strategic plan to enhance the operations and clinical quality of the Section of Hepatology. Responsibilities include providing superior clinical patient care for a thriving hepatology transplant practice. Additionally, involvement in the education of medical students, residents and fellows is expected, as well as participation in other academic activities.
Qualified candidates will have their MD and be board certified in Transplant Hepatology and Gastroenterology.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
The expected base pay range for this position is $340,000 - $440,000.
Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
