Transmission Line EIT - HDR : Job Details

HDR Engineering is seeking a Transmission Line EIT to join our team of Power Delivery professionals. This entry-level role involves executing technical design on high voltage transmission line projects, ranging from simple structure replacements to large greenfield designs. It is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to learn and take on challenges.

Responsibilities include:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Teamwork ability and self-motivation.
• Experience with electric utility drawings, PLS-CADD, and knowledge of NESC or GO95 codes.

Additional Information:

• US Citizenship required due to client contracts.
• Salary range: $69,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and location.
