If this resonates with you and sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, we want to hear from you!The Role:As the TransitionalResidential Treatment Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the provision of services and supports to individuals residing in the transitional residential treatment program are evidence based, clinically sound, and designed to provide a safe, healthy environment to all residents. In this role you will cultivate and lead a team of skilled providers that will help to support and enhance the personal growth and skill development of clients while promoting independence and integration into the community. You're always looking for an opportunity to mentor those around you and your natural leadership abilities truly make an impact.What we're looking for:•Master's Degree preferred or bachelor's degree with documented specialized trainings in areas of dually diagnosed IPP/MH high risk, mental health disorders, crisis management, fire safety, sexual risk, management of moderate levels of aggression (MANDT)•Five years of progressive experience working in human services, including supervisory experience•Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job•Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.Tell me about the benefits!While working for an incredible non-profit organization with a great mission and fabulous culture, you'll be contributing to innovative community and social change.
