Position Summary

• Coordinate and manage short term case management needs specific to the new Hamilton County Crisis Center
• Adapt to the fluid and fast-paced nature of the Crisis Center environment
• Work collaboratively with clients, community partners, and other supports to transition clients from Central Connection to other service providers for ongoing care
• Apply creative problem-solving skills to meet the specific needs of individuals who are involved with the Hamilton County Behavioral Health system

• Bachelor's degree in related mental health field
• Effective, compassionate communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
• Knowledge of the Hamilton County public mental health system and other community resources
