About The Role

The Union Site Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations at the Chrysler Tech Center, ensuring that all consumer support services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for managing a team of support staff, facilitating communication between union representatives and management, and ensuring compliance with union agreements. Minimum Qualifications
