Transition Project Manager. The Transition Project Manager is a fully remote role that will support the Director of Training by coordinating projects and initiatives to ensure successful account transitions and operational excellence. Acting as the interim key contact for assigned accounts, this role focuses on service enhancement, operational effectiveness, compliance verification, and client relationship development. This role will oversee staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training during the transition process, while also preparing post orders, conducting management analyses, and implementing organizational policies and procedures. Education & Experience. Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management,OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the jobs essential functions.
