Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and sustainability of high voltage infrastructure that powers millions.**How You'll Make an Impact*** Lead the deployment of quality strategies across High Voltage Services operations* Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management* Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance* Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities* Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes* Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness* Champion customer feedback through CCRP and survey analysis* Document and standardize best practices for continuous improvement* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines### **Your Background*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field* 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes* 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing* Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset* Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors* Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred* Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States### We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
