Transformation Project Manager - Mount Nittany Health : Job Details

The Transformation Project Manager serves as a key resource for leading and implementing critical projects across the health system to advance the health system strategy and effectiveness at the direction of the Director, Health System Transformation. This includes leading system-level projects and cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams charged with operationalizing new programs and services and leading efforts to optimize health system resources, business processes and organizational effectiveness with the focus on establishing alignment, setting goals and timelines, evaluating appropriate resource utilization as well as other aspects as needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Communication, Project Management or other related area. Masters Degree preferred. Experience: Three years of relevant experience preferred.
