Summary

As part of a companywide business transformation, the Transformation Project Manager will be a key member of the Transformation Office working across the organization to identify, manage, and execute business process improvements that drive revenue and profitability.

Essential Functions

  • Work across all functions of the business within the company to identify opportunities in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions for improvement
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify projects to achieve initiative savings
  • Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPI's, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools
  • Manage complete life cycle of a project including overall structure
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
  • Facilitate project meetings and update sessions
  • Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and achieving their stated savings
  • Work with entire organization to conduct VOC research
  • Participate in the development and execution of project plans
  • Research market trends, characteristics, and competitive situations to determine the company's current position
  • Report monthly achievement of planned objectives for sales, profitability, and effectiveness of programs
  • Train, mentor, develop, and assist onboarding new members to the TO team.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, marketing, accounting, project management, training, education, analytics, finance, or other relevant field
  • 3-5 yrs prior experience in project management, product manager, or relevant role
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate teams
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Tools
