Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs supporting onsite staff's growth.Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on leasing, customer service, fair housing, compliance, and operational best practices.Create engaging training plans, including manuals, e-learning modules, and micro-learning.Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs based on performance metrics.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs.Monitor property performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.Conduct property visits for operational assessment and coaching.Support initiative rollouts and ensure ongoing training alignment.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in property management, training, or operations support within the multifamily housing industry.Knowledge of apartment operations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Experience with Workday and Learning platforms (preferred).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, Knock, Salesforce).Ability to travel regularly (70% or more).Ability to work a hybrid schedule.Join us and be #gablesproud of where you work!
