Role Purpose

The Training and Compliance Manager will perform as a functional trainer and be responsible for administering field station training programs for Ground Handling operations through classroom, hands-on, and verbal instruction. This individual will also assist management on safety, security, and education matters through training programs. They will proactively promote a “safety first” culture by introducing safe working procedures in line with Menzies Aviation's policies and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Effectively deliver new hire and annual recurrent training for all station personnel.
• Deliver ramp OJT and Driver Training, including Secondary OJT and other training based on qualifications.
• Maintain a professional image and conduct at all times.
• Ensure training aligns with safe and secure operations, complying with health, safety, security, and statutory standards.
• Support employees and supervisors in implementing health and safety measures to ensure compliance.
• Support corporate compliance by aligning training with applicable health and safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior airline or compliance experience required.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests including physical, color vision, and drug screening.
• Ability to pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent communication skills.
