Training and Program Analyst - Kimley-Horn & Associates : Job Details

Plan and coordinate face-to-face and virtual training sessions around the country. Manage event-related needs such as registering attendees, updating material, utilizing a learning management platform, tracking deadlines, and other activities, as needed. Manage and coordinate communications with employees and instructors attending various training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to update presentations and learning aids in various formats. Manage organizational tasks, independently and through others (i.e., leading training tee up and debrief calls with instructors, and organizing training materials)Review course feedback and make recommendations for improvement Support other departmental activities as needed, such as various writing projects and learning opportunities that utilize new software Qualifications 4 years of relevant experience.
