Cobble Hill Health Center, an industry-leading nursing facility located in the upscale neighborhood of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, is recruiting for a new position to lead the design and development of a CNA program to deliver a world-class program for the CNA role within a Skilled Nursing Environment.

Role Overview

This role involves researching best practices, developing a multi-year phased program, and providing ongoing leadership to ensure long-term success. The candidate will work closely with leadership and staff to build support and implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Clinical background preferred
• Experience as a CNA or RN instructor desired
• Experience in designing clinical programs
• Patience and effective coaching skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
