Trailer Service Technician - Onin Staffing : Job Details

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Trailer Service Technician to join our team and help maintain the performance and safety of our client's fleet of flatbed trailers. • Perform routine maintenance on flatbed trailers, including brake systems, lighting, suspension, and tires
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure safety compliance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems using proper tools and equipment
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize repairs and keep trailers road-ready
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safety-first work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support other duties and special projects as needed

• Prior experience working on flatbed trailers or similar equipment
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trailer safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Must be able to lift, bend, and work in a variety of conditions

- Proven experience with 18-wheeler truck maintenance
