Essential Duties:

Warehouse Operations & Safety

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate storage, retrieval, and shipping of goods.
  • Oversee the organization and upkeep of warehouse facilities and equipment.
  • Enforce and maintain all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with procurement and QC teams to manage incoming shipments and ensure proper storage.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and collaborate with purchasing on replenishment.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Distribution & Logistics

  • Plan and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor distribution performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse, inventory, and shipping staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and/or distribution.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Working Conditions and Hazards:

  • Some work in physical plant environment where plant may be required, and safety precautions are required.
  • May encounter some unpleasant working conditions of brief duration.
  • Little to no contact with hazardous conditions.
